After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Èqtêv Bresmê Tsîpí struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Gé̄ôr Naw̋y Kēä as a prison colony.

Gé̄ôr Naw̋y Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Gé̄ôr Naw̋y Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Gé̄ôr Naw̋y Kēä is buildings are arranged arround a single premissive cobblestone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's somewhat suffishent have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials.
